We do not accept pets, although we do welcome any service animals.

All guests will pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $99 that covers up to $3,000 worth of accidental damage.

A cleaning rate of $200 will be applied for unit 2. A cleaning rate of $275 will be applied for units 3 and 4.

All suites and interior spaces at The Olympia of Destin are smoke free.

The total amount due for your stay must be paid in full to secure your reservation dates. Should you need to cancel your reservation and it is more than 30 days before your reservation date your damage deposit and your total reservation amount will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before your reservation date your damage deposit and 50% of your total reservation amount will be refunded. If you cancel less than 15 days before your reservation date only your damage deposit will be refunded. All rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed and all rates are subject to applicable taxes.

 

CANCELLATIONS – A 90 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee based on the advance payment. Cancellations within 90 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid. The loss can be avoided if CSA Travel Protection Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately of any cancellation, and if you purchased the Travel Protection Insurance contact CSA to begin your claim.
